In our daily life, we often come into contact with various styles of paper cups, including advertising paper cups with more patterns. As a new type of publicity mode for enterprises, advertising paper cups are used in a variety of different enterprises. By printing a variety of designed patterns on paper cups, it can not only bring a good mood to drinkers, but also play a good role in promoting the company. Usually we carry out the printing of advertising paper cups, and the printing methods are diverse, and the characteristics of each different printing method are also different.
1. Offset printing is an advertising paper cup that uses the principle of oil and water repulsion to print paper cup patterns. The advantage is that the color of the pattern is full, vivid, and clear. Even the small lines printed on the paper cup can be clearly displayed, which makes the appearance of the whole paper cup more beautiful. However, the paper cups printed in this way are not suitable for the edible industry, and the offset printing ink is not very environmentally friendly, so the paper cups printed in this way are best not used for drinking water.
2. Paper cup manufacturers have good flexibility and applicability for silk screen printing, which is more suitable for printing on soft items such as paper or cloth, and can also be printed on hard items, such as glass, ceramics, etc. This method of printing will not be limited by the shape and size of the surface of the substrate, and the paper cup printed by screen has certain limitations in terms of processing gradients and image accuracy.
3. Because flexo printing is a water-based ink, it is also called green printing. When it comes to flexo printing, the structure of the machine is relatively simple, and the investment scale is relatively low. Compared with other types of printing methods, flexo printing is the most commonly used printing process in advertising paper cup printing.
